New Maxim 86/40 Standard Rail.  This car is a 04' that has never seen a race track.  It is a standard rail car that is complete with new glass and all the aluminum panels (new, not shown).  It has a left side safety cage and spare floor pan.  The rear motorplate is near new.  New never raced frame and body kit!
